Sometimes, no matter how well we've packed it, somebody inadvertently damages it in transit. Sometimes, it turns out that you've gotten the wrong item. We understand. We're happy to make things right! Please help us make it easier by following our return policy.
RETURN FOR WRONG ITEM OR NOT SATISFIED: We're confident that you will be thrilled with the quality of our cards and prints, however, if you decide that your purchase simply isn't right, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. We will cheerfully issue refunds for goods returned in sale-able condition (no returns on DVDs).
Please return the item(s) with care, using the original packing when shipping, if possible. Poorly re-packed items may be destroyed in shipping, possibly resulting in a reduced or refused refund.
